Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: October 2026
Wynn Field Enterprises is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or voice control. Accessibility is part of dignity, and it is part of how we serve Arizona and California communities.
The standard we aim for
We design and test this website against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Our goal is for every public page, form, and document we publish to meet that level.
WCAG conformance is a goal we work toward, not a certification we have been granted. We are not claiming full conformance, and we do not describe this site as certified accessible. This statement explains what we have done, what we know is still incomplete, and how to reach us when something does not work.
What this site does today
- Every page starts with a skip link that jumps straight to the main content, so you do not have to tab through the menu each time.
- Menus, forms, dialogs, and the mobile menu can be used with a keyboard alone. Menus close with Escape and return focus to the button that opened them.
- The focus indicator is a thick, high-contrast outline rather than a colour-only change, so you can see where you are on every surface.
- Moving between pages moves focus to the main region and announces the new page name, so screen reader users are not left at the top of a stale page.
- Form fields have real labels, required fields are marked, and submission errors are announced to screen readers rather than signalled by colour alone.
- Pages use one main region, real headings in order, and labelled navigation areas, so you can jump by landmark or heading.
- Photographs and illustrations carry text alternatives that describe what the image shows; purely decorative marks are hidden from screen readers.
- Links that leave this website, or open a file, carry that warning in their link text, so a screen reader announces it before you activate the link.
- Colour pairings for text and interface elements meet the AA contrast thresholds. Brand gold is used for decoration and for large display type, and a deeper gold is used wherever small text needs to be legible.
- Layouts reflow on narrow screens and remain usable when the page is zoomed to 200 percent or viewed at 400 percent width without sideways scrolling.
- Animations and smooth scrolling are switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Status messages, such as a submitted form or a loading notice, are announced rather than only shown.
Known limitations
We would rather name these than imply they do not exist:
- Some services we link to or embed are operated by other companies, including outside scheduling, payment, messaging, and customer relationship platforms. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of those interfaces, although we will raise barriers reported to us with the providers involved.
- Documents that staff upload, including scans and third-party PDFs, may not be tagged or readable by assistive technology. Where a document is essential, we will work with you to provide the information in another format.
- Parts of the internal staff and partner portal, particularly older data tables and administrative screens, are only partly supported at this time. The portal is not part of our public WCAG 2.2 AA goal for the publishing date of this statement.
- Our checking combines automated testing with manual keyboard and screen reader review. We have not commissioned an independent third-party audit, and no external certification has been issued.
- Content published by partner organisations and social media posts linked from this site follow those organisations' practices, not ours.
Telling us about a barrier
If any part of this site blocks you, we want to hear about it. Please tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and which browser or assistive technology you were using. You do not have to explain your disability to us, and you do not have to use the website to reach us.
We will work with you to give you the same information or service in a way that works for you, including by phone or email.
Alternative formats
Information on this site can be provided in another format on request, such as a larger-print version, a plain-language summary, or a document you can read with your own software. Ask us through either contact method above and tell us which format works for you.
Ongoing review
Accessibility is checked as we build: new pages and components are reviewed against the same criteria as existing ones, and reported barriers are added to that review. This statement will be updated as the site changes, and the review date above will move with it.
