E-signature records
Send a form template for signature, follow every signing link, and keep the signed PDF with its audit trail. Signed forms cannot be edited or deleted, only archived.
Staff access required
Sign in with an administrator account to send forms for signature and download signed copies.
Only the signer and administrators can view a signed form. Signing links expire after 14 days, and every view, signature and download is recorded in the audit trail.
